Let’s jump right in:
Pediatrics is a lot of fun. Until the kids give you a nasty viral infection that makes your girlfriend hate you because you cough every minute and have to blow your nose every 5 minutes. But seriously, I could maybe see myself working with kids (maybe Pediatric surgery if I can get into one of those programs after residency).
It’s football season, which means a few things: I’m hating the fact that I don’t have an income and therefore can’t give money to the UGA athletic association for football tickets, it’s the height of the sports betting season, and it’s time to greatly increase the # of entries on my Taco Mac beer list. I’m currently at 12, and #13 will get me a free t-shirt.
That’s my entry for tonight. I’ll be better at updating. Jonny’s blog has inspired me.
